The difference

Enquiries cost you time. Orders don't.

An estimator spends about fifteen minutes on every flashing enquiry, whether the job lands or not. FlashFab does that part.

01

Priced from your matrix

Your rates, your bands, your surcharges — applied the moment a customer asks, including at ten o'clock at night.

02

Approved before it reaches you

The customer signs off a dimensioned drawing with the coated face marked. Nothing to clarify, nothing to chase.

03

Inside your limits

Maximum girth, minimum leg and maximum folds load as rules. A profile you can't make is blocked before it's ordered.

04

Ready for the shop

Each order arrives as a fabrication-ready PDF, dimensioned the way your drawings are. Accept it, or query the price.

How it works

From site sketch to production-ready order in four simple steps.

  1. 1

    Sketch it

Your customer sketches the flashing by hand and takes a photo on their phone — or draws the profile directly in FlashFab.

  2. 2

    FlashFab digitises it

The sketch is converted into a clean digital profile with dimensions, angles, colour side, welts and returns. The customer checks and adjusts anything if needed.

  3. 3

Price it. Check it. Approve it.

FlashFab applies your pricing and manufacturing rules. Your customer sees the finished dimensioned drawing and price, then approves exactly what they want made.

  4. 4

    Ready for production

You receive a clear, priced and approved order with the final drawing attached — exactly as the customer signed it off, ready for your team to process.

The real cost

How much is order admin costing you?

Every sketch, email, phone call and drawing revision takes time before an order reaches production.

You stay in control

Built around your business.

Your pricing. Your customers. Your relationships. FlashFab makes ordering easier without changing the way you do business.

  • Your pricing stays private

Your pricing structure and rates remain confidential. Contractors only see the prices relevant to their account.

  • Your customer relationship stays yours

FlashFab sits between you and your existing customers to make ordering easier — it doesn't compete for the relationship.

  • Every order comes directly to you

When your customer places an order through your FlashFab portal, it comes to you. No comparison shopping, no competing quotes, no rerouting.

  • You stay in control

You decide your products, pricing, manufacturing rules and which contractors have access.

For your customers

Ordering flashings just got easier.

No emails. No drawings going back and forth. No waiting for prices.

Your contractors can select a profile, enter their dimensions, see their price and place an order — straight from their phone.

FlashFab is completely free for your customers. Nothing to download, nothing to learn.

Questions

What fabricators ask us.

Do I have to change how I make things?

No. FlashFab records what the customer wants and hands you a dimensioned PDF. Your machines, your tolerances, your sequence. Nothing downstream of the drawing changes.

What does it cost my contractors?

Nothing, ever. They are your customers — charging them would put a toll on your own order book. You pay a small processing fee on each order.

Can it use my drawing style?

Yes. Dimension placement, annotation and the coated-face convention are set up with you during onboarding, so customers approve drawings that look like yours.

What if a contractor orders something I can't make?

They can't. Your maximum girth, minimum leg and maximum folds are loaded as rules, and an impossible profile is blocked at the moment they draw it.

Who owns the customer relationship?

You do. Every contractor is introduced by you and attributed to you, and their orders reach you and nobody else.
